First-Time Buyer GST Savings
As of May 27th, the Federal Government has proposed a new GST Rebate specifically for first-time homebuyers. Under this new initiative, GST would be fully waived on new homes priced up to $1 million-and significantly reduced on homes between $1 million and $1.5 million.Â
That adds up to potential savings of up to $50,000 on your new home purchase!
